The Cleveland Browns have announced that Charles Woodson, the 1997 Heisman Trophy winner and Michigan football icon, has joined the team as a limited partner. This news follows approval at the NFL Spring Meetings in Eagan, Minnesota.

As part of his new role with the Browns, Woodson will need to balance time commitments between Fox Sports and his new team. While details are still being finalized regarding his availability during games that conflict with Browns game days, it is expected that he won’t have access to team facilities prior to kickoff or participate in pregame meetings.
Despite these limitations, Woodson remains committed to improving the organization and contributing behind-the-scenes throughout the season, including practices.
