Indiana Fever 85, Chicago Sky 68: Clark Leads the Way

Caitlin Clark’s impressive performance led the Indiana Fever to a convincing 17-point victory over the Chicago Sky on Saturday. The young star dominated on both ends of the court, securing her first triple-double of the season with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Clark’s defensive prowess was also on full display as she blocked a career-high four shots. Her teammates were equally impressive, with Aliyah Boston contributing 19 points and five blocks in support of Clark’s efforts.

Natasha Howard made her highly anticipated debut for Indiana after signing as a free agent during training camp. Although she missed all of last season due to injury, Howard showed promise in her first game for the team by scoring nine points.

The Fever got off to a strong start, taking an early lead that they never relinquished. They maintained their advantage throughout the game and eventually pulled away from their opponents in the fourth quarter.

DeWanna Bonner continued his remarkable streak this season by scoring at least one point in every game he has played. With seven more baskets added to his total count against Chicago, Bonner moved past Tina Thompson into third place on the WNBA’s all-time scoring list. He is now just two games shy of moving into second place behind A’ja Wilson and needs six more baskets to surpass Diana Taurasi for fourth spot.
